An HMI (human-machine interface) or OIT (operator interface terminal) is a tool that connects a person to a machine, system, or device through a user display, screen, or dashboard. It allows for the visual display of data, tracking of production time and trends, oversight of key performance indicators, automation of processes, and monitoring of machine inputs and outputs for virtually any machine process. Computer Dynamics offers the PAC-MOD Industrial PC. This product applies a two-piece design that allows the panel to connect to any IPC in the PAC-MOD series via connector, and is available with either a 1.9 GHz Intel ATOM E3845 or 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5-4200U processor.
