All Magnetek Servo motor repairs are performed using Qualitrol's stringent repair process, including testing of stator windings, armature repair, bearing replacement, motor rewinding, and strenuous run-testing to guarantee that the motor is returned to like-new specifications before return shipment. Any damaged shafts are repaired and dynamically balanced to mil specs. Encoder or feedback alignment is precisely set using state-of-the-art equipment. All testing is recorded, including feedback signals, alignment data, reverse generated voltage readings, and winding waveforms.
