Service for Ecovert drive units includes the disassembling and cleaning of debris and fluid contamination from the unit chassis and PCBs. PCBs are also cleaned in aqueous cleaner and/or ultrasonic and dried in oven, where required. Aluminum electrolytics are replaced on all PCBs. Gate driver PCBs have most major components replaced. Systems test include a burn in running motor under load for a minimum 1 to 3 hours.
