The GE-Emerson IC694DSM314 Rx3i Motion Controller Module combines Rx3i PacSystem's logic solving functions with motion control with support for two control loop configurations, Standard Mode (Follower Control Loop Disabled) and Follower Mode (Follower Control Loop Enabled). 

It features a velocity feed forward, position error integrator, high resolution, 1 to 4 axis motion programs and non volatile storage which can be used for up to 10 programs and 40 subroutines. IC694DSM314 includes a single point of connection for programming and configuration as well as flash memory and electronic CAM. 

It has a 13 bit analog output that can be a digital servo tuning monitor or controlled by a PLC.
