The GE-Emerson IC655MEM521 Series Five Memory Module is a 4K CPU EEPROM memory cartridge that stores user logic programs and I/O configurations. This unit has an electrically erasable memory as well as memory protection features. Memory on the unit can be erased with an operator interface unit (OIU.) Memory protection functions can be selected by configuring the jumper inside the unit.
