Description
The GE-Emerson IC655MEM513 Series Five Expansion Memory is designed to store user logic programs and I/O configurations. This unit allows previously programmed memory to be erased when exposed to ultraviolet light. Memory on the device is protected by a memory protection jumper, which must be turned to the "write unprotected" position when storing a new program.
