Description
The GE-Emerson IC655MDL511 is a 24 to 48VAC/DC isolated input module with 16 positive logic circuits to connect user input devices. The circuits of this module operate with 20 to 60 VAC or VDC voltage and have a 20 mA AC/DC input current. The 16 LEDs on the front of the module indicate the on/off status of the circuits and can display the module starting I/O address when programming the unit.
Connections to each circuit are made to the removable terminal block on the front of the module. The input circuits are labeled 1 through 16 with each input having a separate common associated with it. All common connections are labeled C. Each circuit is isolated from the other circuits, relative to the power source. A 24 to 48 VAC or 24 to 48 VDC power source must be provided to indicate the input statuses.
