The GE-Emerson IC690ACC990 Series 90-70 PLC Program Download Device, or PPDD, allows the user to transfer logic applications, reference table data, and configuration between a Series 90-30 or VersaMax PLC and a USB memory stick. The PPDD is an ideal tool for updates and maintenance of PLCs in the field. Configuration data can include Ethernet Global Data and Advanced User Parameters for the Ethernet interface. Once the data is copied to the USB memory stick, it can be written to one or more other PLC CPUs of the same type, with no programmer needed.
