The Allen-Bradley 1756-A17 ControlLogix 17-Slot Rack is used to mount ControlLogix modules including I/O modules, processors, specialty modules, and encompass partner modules. The rack supports horizontal mounting only, and requires a cabinet size of at least 30in x 36in x 8in. The provided mounting tabs allow the rack to panel mount directly to the enclosure subpanel. The rack includes time-stamping capabilities for SOE applications. Power is provided to each module within the rack via a high-speed communication path. Connecting all field-side wiring requires a Bulletin 1492 wiring IFM or an RTB.
