The Allen-Bradley 1756-PB72 ControlLogix Standard DC Power Supply provides built-in overcurrent protection, and is used to provide power to modules along the backplane of a ControlLogix chassis. The power supply should be installed in the leftmost slot of the chassis, directly on the mounting plate, and fixed in position by the provided mounting holes. The ground terminals of the chassis and the power supply must be properly connected, as the power supply module and chassis each contact the mounting plate.
