We start the repair process by carefully removing any debris from the product and then follow this with an ultrasonic cleaning cycle. Following this, we subject each unit to a bath in a solvent/degreaser solution that removes any lingering moisture. Once that is completed we immerse each unit in an alcohol bath. From there we have a 12-hour drying period before we re-examine the units.
